Convenient access
With Abbey business you can access and manage your accounts when, where and how you want - including by phone, Internet, ATM, fax and post.

Our telephone and e-banking services, together with over 30,000 ATMs, allow you to arrange or carry out transactions and check the status of your accounts 365 days a year, whether you're at home, in the office or on the road. Even when you're abroad!

To pay money in, you can choose from posting cheques direct to the banking centre or paying cash or cheques into the ATMs at Abbey branches. You can also arrange for electronic payments to your accounts by BACS or CHAPS.

To take cash out, you can use your cheque book, your account cards at our nationwide cash machine network or arrange an electronic withdrawal.

If your accounts are linked you can also immediately transfer money between them at any time using the telephone and e-banking services.

Banking cards are key to our ATM network

The following cards are available: -

Electron Card - provides access to any cash machine with a LINK, VISA or PLUS symbol, and lets you make purchases anywhere that VISA Electron is accepted.

Operator Card - Allows users to access information and to make cash machine deposits but NOT to make other transactions. Strikes an ideal balance between flexibility and financial control.
