How much will it cost?

The following is a guide to the likely costs of your mortgage and is provided for illustrative purposes only.

It covers the interest payable, the cost of setting up the mortgage and of making changes to it once it has been completed.

0.5% of the advance (minimum £400) plus VAT and disbursements

Negotiable - Depends on the complexity of the transaction

Commercial leases: approval of a standard lease

Residential lettings: approval of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
