If you are looking to purchase a commercial property for example a shop, factory, industrial unit, office or a garage (but not a filling station) you can borrow up to 75% of the market value of the property alone (excluding any fixtures and fitting or goodwill) or 75% of the purchase price, whichever is the lower.
As a sitting tenant you can borrow up to 90% of the purchase price or 75% of the market value, whichever is lower.
