Still experiencing problems?
If your computer meets the minimum requirements but you are still experiencing
problems, here is a checklist of possible causes:
- Since security must be tight to protect you, make sure you have 128bit
SSL encryption enabled. This can in most cases be checked in the HELP
> ABOUT Internet Explorer menu in the browser. When the About Internet
Explorer window appears, check the Cipher Strength option. If this is
below 128-bit then click on update information. This will take you to
the Microsoft website (this link opens in a new window)
to download the latest encryption pack. Security information is
also available on the Netscape website (this link opens in a new window).
- Make sure that you have enabled your browser's Javascript capabilities
by checking the EDIT > PREFERENCES > ADVANCED (in Netscape Navigator)
or TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED (in Microsoft Internet
Explorer) menus.
- Make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies, again in the
EDIT > PREFERENCES > ADVANCED (in NetscapeNavigator) or TOOLS
> INTERNET OPTIONS > SECURITY > CUSTOM LEVEL (in Microsoft
Internet Explorer) menus.
