Induction Loops

Branches have these installed at counters to allow people with a hearing impairment to hear the conversation more clearly. They are also available for appointments.

Alternative formats
We are now able to provide literature and communications in alternative formats.

• Large Print (as recommended by RNIB)
• Braille
• Audio Tape
• PC Disk

If you would like to register to receive correspondence in an alternative format please ask a member of staff to complete a 'Preferred Communication Request' form.
